Public Health continues to recommend to all Nova Scotians that they
make the individual choice to wear masks when in crowded, indoor places,
and schools should create supportive environments for those who choose
to wear a mask.
When deciding whether or not to wear a mask, students and staff will
want to consider things like, size of space, number of other people,
their own health and the health of others around them and their ability
to wear a mask for a longer time.
Students and staff should wear a mask if they have symptoms of COVID-19
or if they’ve tested positive for COVID-19. It is a best practice to
stay home if people are feeling unwell.
